Usage-billed apps can run up hundreds or thousands of dollars in a month. In our testing, Shopify showed no in-app warning when an app hit 90% or even 100% of its spending limit. Overage Watch checks every app on your Shopify bill and tells you while there's still time to act.

HOW IT WORKS
Overage Watch is a Chrome extension. It reads the same app and billing pages you see in your Shopify admin, using your existing login, and sends alerts when something changes. We don't ask for your password and we don't install anything on your store.
WHAT IT CAN'T DO
It only checks while Chrome is open and you're logged in to Shopify admin. No server watches your store around the clock.
It can't see apps that bill you outside Shopify by charging your card directly, such as Klaviyo.
It can't tell why an app counted an order, for example a POS or marketplace order. It shows you the spend going up.
Charges that show up after you uninstall an app may appear only on your Shopify bill. Overage Watch lists your uninstalled apps so you know what to check, but it can't promise to catch every one of those charges.
Support for apps on Shopify's new uncapped usage pricing is still being tested.
